We are looking for a Java Developer with strong technical and analytical skills to be part of our dynamic team and make an immediate contribution. This individual will be required to work onsite at our Bannockburn, IL. office.

Key responsibilities:

* Working with our business team to define requirements
* Developing and iterating on mockups of new features
* Designing Java and database architecture
* Developing full stack solutions: front end (jsp, js, css) and back end (java, spring, xml, sql)
* Participating in code review approval, as experience allows
* Working with our project management team to onboard new clients
* Participating in ongoing support and maintenance of the product
* Providing next-level support to our technical support team as necessary

Minimum skills and qualifications:

* BA/BS degree (required)
* 3+ years working as a developer and experience using the following:
* Java / Spring / Hibernate Framework
* SQL
* CSS / HTML / Javascript
* MySQL experience (preferred)
* Bootstrap or similar front-end framework (preferred)
* Tomcat (preferred)
* Maven (preferred)
* Strong understanding of object-oriented fundamentals
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
