� Should have a good understanding of relational database concepts

� Practical experience of using Java frameworks such as Spring IOC and IBM Drools.

� Knowledge of Java Development and Deployment Tools like Ant Maven Sonar Cobertura Hudson.

� Knowledge of FPML and XSD.

� Design and document approaches.

� Strong logical analytical and investigative skills.
