Description:
Looking to bring in 3 IVR Developers. The team is looking to start working on a back log of work. This work involves call flow decommissioning, adding new call routing, as well as general maintenance and updating.
Candidate must have java-based coding skills as well as IVR- specific Avaya and Nuance. Top candidates will have Nuance NDF and NDM
Software Engineer will join a squad that is tasked with developing Telephony Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) enabled systems and work to route additional users to other customer facing applications. This is a software engineering contractor position within Liberty Mutual's GRM US ? Agents & Partners group and daily activities will include writing quality code to support various projects within the Telephony domain.
