Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Analyst specializing in Vendor/Change Management in the Technology group you will:

* Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
* Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
* Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
* Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope
* Assist with the coordination of the monitoring, purchasing, and transferring of stock of inventory
* Provide general administration support functions necessary to maintain oversight and reporting of Government-owned assets
* Perform, monitor and coordinate physical supply-chain management activities related to the movement and storage of Software and hardware and computer peripherals
* Other duties as assigned in support of assisting in fulfilling and provisioning IT hardware, software, and associated services to end users
* Assist with providing support and consultation on projects of low complexity, negotiation and procurement of new licenses and/or renewal of agreements
* Assist in the development and implementation of integrated change and communication plans for internal audiences including timing, conception, direction and roll out
* Facilitate post implementation reviews and connects with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation with minimal impact to the business

Technology Systems Optimization: Our Technology Systems Optimization (TSO) team works with clients to transform their technology delivery by collaborating with CIOs, Technology Executives, and their teams. Together we work to establish IT operating models based on the implications of next generation and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology, and the operational expectations of an organization.

Our team of experienced technologists understand the interwoven nature technology plays in all aspects of today's business environment and focus on helping our clients shift from foundational delivery of technology to being the strategic business partner and catalyst for change. Our Agile/DevOps/Lean technology experts work to transform the workforce of our clients into the next generation of technology service delivery teams.

Qualifications

Required:

* Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
* Ability to work independently under general guidance
* Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
* Professional oral and written communication skills
* Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
* Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
* Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role

Preferred:

* Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
* Bachelor's Degree
