* IT technical support is mainly responsible for the smooth running of Safe-T's products. * Talk customers through a series of actions, either remote session or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues. * Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults. * Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Required qualifications :
* Experience as Technical Support * Knowledge in operating systems (Windows \ Linux) * Knowledge in systems environment & networking * Creativity in solving problem * Service oriented
