Job Description

Activision is looking for a technical support professional to join our team. We support the Quality Assurance team at Activision Publishing by ensuring they have the hardware and software to test awesome games! If you like people (and Call of Duty) and know your craft, this could be the job for you.

This is a temporary position.

Requirements:

* Willingness to occasionally work after hours during peak times
* Strong organizational skills
* Punctual and reliable
* Experience building custom PCs strongly desired
* Professional experience in the IT field required or appropriate schooling
* Strong demonstrated communication skills
* Ability to learn new technologies to serve clients
* Customer-service oriented
* Ability to multi-task and regularly interact with client base
* Must be able to lift 65 lbs.

Main position responsibilities:

* Support end users in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
* Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printer, computer and consoles
* Install software for end users

Secondary position responsibilities:

* May participate in the development of new desktops, servers or applications
* Research unusual bugs or IT issues
