Description:

Virginia Cancer Specialists, affiliated with US Oncology, a leader in cancer care, is seeking a full-time IT Services Specialist to work in our Fairfax, VA office.

Duties include:

* Providing help desk support for 380+ users in 10 offices
* Assisting end users for computer, printer & phone support
* Perform installation & upgrades on computers & peripherals
* Onsite visits to offices as required
* Coordinating with corporate IT to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

* Associates degree in IT or related field
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Customer service experience
* Health field experience desireable
* Ability to lift and/or move items weighting up to 40 lbs.
* Valid driver's license and available vehicle for driving to customer sites
