Job Description

GEICO is seeking an exceptional leader to join our management team as we deliver world class products that will transform our business through technology and give GEICO a competitive advantage.

This position requires excellent leadership and analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset, tremendous communication skills, and the ability to confidently interact with all levels of the organization. Candidates must be able to successfully lead all aspects of a project, from ideation through implementation.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to coach and mentor staff to develop a cohesive, highly productive team. Creativity, innovative thinking, and a passion to drive results are required! You must have an ability to work across multiple project teams and adapt to change in a fast-paced, agile environment.

As an analyst lead, experience working with business partners to develop system requirements, a proven ability to mentor others to develop requirements, and strong understand of the user experience, is critical. You must be able to translate technical issues to non-technical audiences. Prior experience as a Scrum Product Owner is preferred.

Required skills:

* 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position
* 5+ years of hands-on experience driving project delivery across multiple IT groups
* Practical Agile project management knowledge and experience
* Proven experience in team building, collaboration, coaching, and mentoring
* Ability to promote conceptual thinking throughout the team
* Passion for delivering projects that exceed our customers' needs
* Dynamic presentation and story-telling skills
* Providing approaches and solutions to loosely defined problems
