KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Responsible for day-to-day system maintenance, functionality and reliability of Apple computers


* Day-to-day support of software applications, Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, Font management, etc.


* Required to monitor Incident tracking system and timely response to customer calls


* Responds to level II - Level III support calls


* Manages and updates IT assets within the inventory system


* Participate in on-call after hours support rotation


* Setup, configure, deploy and relocate Apple computers


* Entrusted to exercise a high degree of discretion due to Administrator rights, access and exposure



JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent IT experience and/or 4-6 years of experience in IT field


* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills


* Strong knowledge of Apple Operating Systems 10.10 & above


* Basic understanding of networking infrastructure


* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software packages - InDesign is most important


* Working knowledge of JAMF Pro is a plus


* Working knowledge of Font Management software - Extensis Universal Type Server is preferred


* Working knowledge of Incident management systems


* Working knowledge of MS Office toolset


* Customer service oriented


* Self-starter, able to multi-task; works well with end users, team members and manager
