As a Finance Functional Senior Analyst within Supply Chain Technology Services you will be Accountable to manage the integrated build with the Software Engineers, Data team, Configuration experts, Legacy teams, Testers, Trainers and Change Control to ensure the end-to-end build of a particular part of a solution is compliant and works as designed

* Define the Detailed design of the solution
* Provides clarifications from Product Line Owners/Business Analysts on requirements
* Provides alternate options to meet user story requirements
* Ensures Legacy requirements are integrated in end to end requirements
* Works with the Business Analysts to demo working software to Product Owner
* Creates/Updates Functional Design and Technical Design Specifications
* Performs Configuration and Updates Configuration Design Specification Document
* Reviews Data and Security Requirements for the User Story during Sprint Planning
* Creates and/or Approves change control for software changes
* Engage Solution Architects to ensures the solution meets the requirements
* Coordinates release planning with Release Train Engineer
* Plan and execute all of the testing cycles (except User Acceptance Testing)
* Accepts what will be tested during Technical Acceptance Testing
* Ensures Regression Testing is planned appropriately for solution
* Engage with Release Train Engineer to ensure all services areas support the solution
* Works with Support Management to ensure the appropriate support model is in place post Production
* Works with Testing, Software Quality Assurance , Computer System Validation and IT Risk Assurance services to ensure requirements are met
* Work with Shared Services (Application Development, Security) to verify solutions
* May provide Level 3 support for Production Support
* May also perform the role of a Scrum Master Key whose key responsibility is to support team in outcomes of working software from sprints as well as partnering with Product Owner and Business Analyst to ensure ceremonies include weekly product backlog refinement to feed sprints.
* You will be partnering with colleagues within Technology Services in other functional areas within Supply chain - Plan, Source, Make and Deliver and with Corporate Technologies Services , As a Functional a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with Business Unit IT partners to lead upstream/downstream system impact and interfaces. In this fast-paced environment, you will be delivering solutions rapidly in Agile framework, and interfacing with internal customers daily.
* Technologies include SAP, similar ERPs, supporting technologies e.g. Data warehousing/Lakes, other reporting Solutions and applications, integration technologies including in memory computing, Web methods typical in a large Supply chain organizations

Qualifications

* A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Finance or Information Technology
* A minimum of 3 years of IT or Finance experience is required
* Strong financial business insight in supply chain financial process is preferred
* Standout colleague with good communication skills and be customer oriented, aiming at effective collaboration with internal and external partners
* Can work independently in formulating creative ideas and solutions on products, processes, and systems preferred
* Problem solving and process improvement skills required
* Able to deal with high pace project delivery and challenging timescales - well organized, very accurate and compliance driven is required
* Good customer service skills are required
* Experience with Agile is preferred
