Job Description

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is responsible for collaboratively working with internal and external business partners and vendors. This position will work closely with CIO and IT team members to ensure successful project deliveries and set the overall IT product roadmap strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Builds, maintains, and maximizes relationships with internal and external business partners/vendors
* Conducts business reviews to ensure satisfaction with products and services, identifying opportunities for operations efficiency
* Ensures IT alignment with the business by acting as a liaison and facilitating communication and understanding between the business and IT
* Coordinates and conducts initial business case/needs analysis
* Responsible for understanding the overall business model and needs of assigned functional business areas
* Acts as an advisor in technology aspects of RFPs/RFIs, project objectives, project prioritization and new business initiatives
* Facilitates SLA negotiations for internal and/or external technology deliveries
* Resolves complaint or issues in a prompt and professional manner
* Work closely with CIO and Portfolio Manager in the office of IT Project Management to set the overall IT product roadmap strategy and alignment to the business deliverables.
* Works closely with the CIO, Portfolio Manager, Information Technology Management and rest of IT Agile Scrum teams to align business projects with the project deliverables by IT.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience/combined education required
* 5 to 9 years of relevant professional experience required
* Experience in Product Owner and Agile Scrum methodologies
* Experience in delivering enterprise IT projects across multiple teams
