Join SAIC on a newly funded long term contract! We are looking for an IT Systems Integrator to conduct information technology (IT) oversight to include systems engineering, integration, technical performance analysis, governance and IT policy.

* Develop IT policies and support governance and decision-making; provide analysis of progress against existing or proposed directives
* Assist with developing strategic goals and objectives; developing and maintaining knowledge management repository; assist with project planning and resource management
* Develop and modify standard processes; develop and refine decisional documents for senior-level review; perform resource allocation analysis; develop metrics and provide performance summaries
* Use your skills working with individuals and organizations of varying levels and types (including Sponsor, Industry, and Academia); ability to provide individual technical contributions as well as within a team construct
* Provide briefings, papers and presentations (written and oral) to include experience briefing at senior levels.
* Willing to learn to use and support tools that may be added or developed as the program evolves.
* Flexibility in assisting with ad hoc tasks and in adjusting as tasks are re-prioritized.

Qualifications

* Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
* B.S. Degree in a Technical field
* 3 years of professional working experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in the Information Technology field
* Minimum 1 year of experience with Policy development
