Position Summary - This role will oversee evaluation of operational stability out of program/project change implementation within Collections Recovery and Treasury Finance Technology division. Candidate will ensure technology, business owners and Production Support partners are engaged and will facilitate tollgate of solutions implemented before turnover to business as usual (BAU) environment. Act as an ambassador of the risk culture.

Responsibilities Include:

* Ensure technology, business owners and Production Support partners are engaged to complete tollgate of solutions implemented before turnover to the business as usual (BAU) operational support environment.
* Confirm service level agreements, contacts for on-going support and transition plans with application project team roles and responsibilities are transitioned to assigned BAU owners.
* Track and provide information for on-going cost of new initiatives (OCNI).
* Validate solutions are operationally stable, performing as expected and business is positioned to operate effectively.
* Partner with Production Support team for constant review of stability and operational readiness of applications.

Required Skills:

* Understanding of Enterprise Risk framework and operations risk management (ORM)
* Prior project management and business/technical experience, familiar with DAIC/DBD/AWE
* Must be quick to learn business processes
* Proven relationship management/engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with different audiences
* Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
* Effectively communicates with managers, peers, business partners at all levels of the organization
* Demonstrates commitment to excellence by anticipating needs, identifying and mitigating risks and minimizing potential problems
* Collaborative, team player with the ability to connect across groups
* Adapts to a constantly changing environment
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, the ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly, and meet deadlines
* Skilled with MS Office & SharePoint

Desired Skills:

* Process Design or Six Sigma experience a plus
* Process Control design experience a plus
* Prior experience in supporting financial systems and lines of business
* Prior development or infrastructure support experience
* Understanding of Agile Kanban and Scrum
* Agile / JIRA demonstrated knowledge as Product Owner
