Overview

The role provides the lead support for the Global Mobile Intelligence team. The qualified applicant will be responsible for assessment and remediation, application management and administration of the Mobility environment. This applicant will mature the Enterprise Mobility Management offerings including deployment, operation, application wrapping, policy creation and management of the Company container on CORP or BYOD devices. In addition, the qualified applicant will be responsible to evaluation and provisioning of other collaborative technologies within the Mobility space.

Responsibilities

* Provide support for the configuration, maintenance, and operation of mobility infrastructures and mobile devices.
* Provide a simple and secured mobile solution for end users globally.
* Assist with accountability for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of software and hardware.
* Troubleshoot, provide workaround, and permanent solutions to issues identified in the mobility space.
* Act as primary point of contact and execute the delivery of in-house mobile applications for the development of client apps.
* Understand enabling components, security, infrastructure, MDM, and user experience for mobile solutions.
* Develop, complete actions in MDM systems specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines.
* Create, maintain programmatic, technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
* Continuous improvement services to meet the needs of department, division, regional, and business goals.
* Collaborate with regional team members and clients to produce mobile best practice and processes.
* Create knowledge base articles for IT Self Service portal to increase user proficiency.
* Works closely with Help Support, IT infrastructure, and IT security to identify and resolve issues quickly.
* Liaise with vendors to provide wireless network solutions for onsite, remote users in multiple regions.

Qualifications

* 5+ years managing software on native mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
* MDM/MAM experience expertise - Mobile Iron and MS Intune
* Experience in Apple DEP, KNOX and BYOD services
* Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication, organizational, oral, written skills with attention to detail.
