IT Intern/Coordinator - Internship

Job Description

* Setup of desktop systems for new hires
* Upgrades of desktop computing hardware to newer equipment
* Preparation of retired computer assets for disposition
* Assist with day to day helpdesk support and troubleshooting tasks to ensure requests are resolved within service level agreement (SLA)
* Shipping and receiving of IT equipment
* End user training initiatives

Equipment Used:

* Desktop and Laptop PC's running Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 10 & Office 2016.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be a US Citizen
* Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, ability to follow instruction, policies, & procedures (requirements)
* Basic to Intermediate Active Directory Knowledge, Intermediate Networking knowledge and basic to Intermediate VOIP knowledge
* Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
* PC hardware familiarity and troubleshooting skills
* Experience doing PC support a plus
* Ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 40 lbs. without assistance
