Job Description
What we're looking for: We are seeking a temporary intern to assist in day-to-day management and support of the Society's business systems and infrastructure. The position will help in supporting end-users and administration of infrastructure systems.The position will work up to 20 hours per week.
What you'll do:
* Assist with end-user support tickets and issues.
* Assist with maintaining software/hardware inventory systems.
* Assist with maintenance of network infrastructure systems.
* Assist with managing and maintaining Windows/Linux server systems.
* Assist in creation of IT related documentation.
* Assist Software Developer team in various job duties.
What you'll need:
* Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android).
* Knowledge general networking technologies.
* Knowledge of various coding languages.
* Knowledge of DB Administration and ETL.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
