Apply to join us (Single Family Servicing and Risk department of the Information Technology division at Freddie Mac). You will work with business SMEs and identified project stakeholders to develop detailed requirements (functional, non-functional, operational, data quality). In addition, you will document all requirements into appropriate requirements management tools and conduct requirements walkthroughs with the project team and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include:

* Lead and support change control on requirements
* Perform data profiling, extensive data analysis, setup mock data for development/unit testing
* Work with developers for detailed design document
* Develop business rules spreadsheets (BRSs) to document data movement/data transformation rules
* Work with developers, data modelers, testers and business area SMEs to support development, system testing, UAT
* Support all phases of the project development lifecycle using SDLC, Agile and other project methodologies
* Support System Testing, End-to-End testing, and UAT
* Contribute to the delivery of the Requirements traceability matrix (RTM)
* Support post-production validation
* Support project management tasks as defined by the Project Manager
* Deliver projects in either Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies, as project dictates
* Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to ramp up new team members
* 5+ years' experience in Information Technology.
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent working experience.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in design, implementation and production support of Appian BPM applications. Work experience must be with Appian version 7.x or higher.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in design, implementation and production support of Java/J2EE applications.
* Have working knowledge of Appian architecture.
* Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to analyze system functionality with customer and resolve production issues.
* Experience in tuning the system for performance improvements and performance related system design.
* Thorough understanding of relational databases, SQL, XML and web services (SOAP/REST)
* Experience applying Object Oriented Analysis and Design principles.
* Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization techniques, including orchestration of modeled process
* Some exposure to infrastructure, network and enterprise scale environments.
* Practical experience designing and building enterprise and/or distributed systems.
* Demonstrates ability to analytically address complex problems, process critical data, establish facts, and draw quality conclusions.
* Ability to work well under pressure, some tight deadlines and with ambiguity on some projects.
* Experience with systems and software architecture.
