ASSIGNMENT

* Offer support to final user in terms of management, administrative software usage
* Offer technical assistance to solve any incidents the user may encounter

MAIN ACTIVITIES

* Assist users
* Help in defining training and participate in carrying them out
* Make an inventory of desired functional improvements
* Intervene at 1st level in case of any incidents by calling on the necessary resources

WORKING MODE

* Work closely and keep permanent contact with the managers of functional domains

Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) with minimum of two years of experience providing IT end user support and/or IT on-site support
* Demonstrated end-user support skills are required including the ability to work with concerned users and to handle business escalations
* Practical experience with PC/Windows environments, Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerBI), collaboration tools and other commonly used applications, with network patching and network configuration (e.g., LAN switches, Wi-Fi access points), and video conference systems is required
* Experience with Apple/IOS and Android mobile devices is required
* Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes is desired
* The IT Client Service Engineer needs to be able to learn quickly and follow the market evolutions
* Experience with Mac Computers and macOS is desired
* Professional working proficiency in English is required
* Ability to think logically
* Problem solving skills
* Ability to prioritize workload
* Ability to work without direct supervision
