Inova Health System is a non-profit health organization based in Falls Church, Virginia, near Washington, D.C. The system is a network of hospitals, outpatient services, assisted living and long-term care facilities, and healthcare centers.

Inova Technology Solutions is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager.

The successful incumbent will have primary accountability in establishing, managing, and maintaining relationships with business partners. Responsibilities also include performing as a liaison between Information Technology and the end-users of departments to define and establish service and support requirements. Demonstrating technical expertise and knowledge of Information Technology standards, solutions and processes to facilitate timely resolution of business issues and requests. Leading the gathering of business needs through proactive, direct interaction with business stakeholders in understanding business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the firm, and the short-term and long-term direction of the departments, the firm and technology. Managing all business unit or service line issues, projects, and requests.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

Experience:

3 years or more of business relationship management experience or similar job responsibilities.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Special Skills:

Understanding of desktop applications, IT applications, Internet applications, and network infrastructure. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
