Position Summary:

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is seeking an IT Associate to join our Mahwah, NJ team on a temp-perm basis. The IT Associate's responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: supporting various PC desktop operating environments, maintaining networking and telecommunications hardware, problem resolution for local and wide area networks, configuring, operating and administrating network server hardware and PC equipment, basic network management, and providing technical assistance and training to system users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and upgrading computer desktop, and laptop systems. May perform minor PC/laptop repairs and coordinates vendor support for more critical repairs.
* Voice communication support for PBX and VOIP systems.
* Maintaining inventory management of IT equipment.
* Performing daily backups, Symantec Backup Exec experience.
* Investigating and evaluating emerging technologies relevant to any applicable system.
* Providing training and technical support of hardware and software to end users
* Configuring software applications on desktop and laptop computers for new employees.
* Providing in-depth support on Windows applications, network connectivity and accounts, network printing, and any other hardware/software issues.

Experience/Skills:

* Experience supporting Windows Server (2008 and 2012) and Windows desktop/laptop PCs (Windows 7/10)
* Proficient with MS Office 2013 applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Lync and Outlook).
* Experience using remote control tools such as Remote Desktop and Teamviewer.
* Experience with Wi-Fi Configuration and Security.
* Experience with SAP, Sophos, Citrix, McAfee, HyperV, VMware, Skype for Business, Webex and Forticlient helpful.
* Must have excellent customer relation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of client organization.
