Job Overview
Provides technical assistance within the scope of the assigned area. Responsibilities may include system monitoring, storage media management, user management, quality control and performance monitoring and patient information management. Security, network monitoring, management reporting, trouble-shooting and problem solving are also possible position responsibilities.
Qualifications
Work requires the basic knowledge of theories and principles associated with the field of management information systems or computer science. Knowledge of and experience with client/server technology, networking, user management, and databases are preferred. Work requires the ability to interpret a technical document, or perform other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skill. Work requires the analytical ability to resolve complex problems requiring the use of basic scientific, mathematical or technical principles.
