Job Description Technology Infrastructure Specialist, IT Campus Construction

One of our National IT Clients, a Real Estate company provides innovative IT site and technology campuses for high-profile tenents in large metropolitan areas. The team is looking for a dynamic Technology Infrastructure Specialist to coordinate projects and liason between contruction, internet service providers, msp's/vendors and product teams to collaboratively roll out infrastructure such as workstations and related peripherals for Seattle technology comapnies.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform IT-related services at various technology building sites in the Seattle Area

2. Work closely with IT stakeholders including infrastructure, architecture and and security in addition to vendor selection and collaboration for multi-site technology roll-outs.

3. Troubleshoot desktop, hardware and software-related issues for onsite non-technical users at company headquarters.

4. Coordinate the execution of technology requirements for end-clients such as networks, VoIP, A/V, BMS apps and servers.

Requirements:

1. 5-10+ years of relevant technology experience in desktop-related support roles.

2. Experience working on IT sites for office set-ups, office moves, equipment and workstation installation etc.

3. Solid understanding of network architecture, AV, BMS, server architecture

4. Excellent client-facing and customer-facing skills with both vendors and internal employees including the ability to understand stakeholder needs.

5. Up to 10% regional travel.
