IT Asset Management Analyst

Overview

The IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for all IT receiving, inventorying, disbursement and tracking of IT assets. Also responsible for entering quotes into the Gold's Purchase Order system, tracking approvals and processing unreceived Purchase Orders. The IT Coordinator will also assist with special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

* Support Infrastructure and Service Desk teams with computer hardware and software asset management
* Submit and manage RMAs for the timely return or exchange of equipment
* Receive and track all IT hardware and software assets
* Send equipment to gyms as needed
* Update ServiceNow ticketing system with status of hardware / software requests
* Enter quotes in Aestiva PO system and monitor unreceived POs
* Assist Project Manager in reviewing and reconciling invoices and handling disputes
* Assist with special IT projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* At least 1 year of office experience.
* Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products
* Must be a team player with an exceptional customer service attitude
* Must possess good communication skills; both written and verbal
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs
* Must be able to manage time and work independently or as part of a team
* Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
