Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, a boutique litigation firm in New York City, is looking to add an IT Trainer and Application Support Specialist to its growing technology department. This person will be responsible for developing and leading a technology training program for the firm as well as assisting with IT support.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist users with daily IT support requests, including desktop support.
* Collaborate with HR and IT to identify training needs for members of the organization.
* Develop a firm training program that includes in-office classes, lunch and learns, and "lab-time."
* Develop and maintain knowledge of firm systems.
* Create and maintain course training materials including user guides, quick reference guides, and training videos.
* Instruct new employees on how to properly use firm technology.
* Provide additional assistance, as needed, to the firm's IT Director in maintaining the firm's IT systems.

Job Qualifications

* 3-5 years of experience in desktop support and developing and delivering training solutions; law firm experience preferred.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and an aptitude for technical concepts.
* Effective presentation, facilitation and questioning skills.
* Effective oral, written and visual communication skills.
* Ability to demonstrate confidence with and mastery of subject matter.
* Advanced knowledge of in-house software programs, including NetDocuments, Adobe, Office 365, and Skype for Business.
* Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization.
* BA/BS in related field preferred.
* Some systems administration experience or desire preferred.
