IT Application Development Financial Analyst (Delivery Enablement)

The IT Application Development Financial Analyst will report to the IT App Dev Director - Delivery Enablement and will play an instrumental role in assisting with the monthly financial gathering of data and perform analysis specific to IT Application Development vendor and financial management.

Responsibilities:

* Intake and detailed understanding of all Application Development SOW's (statements of work) into vendor management queue
* Accountable for reporting accuracy on contingent workforce resources, vendors, and costs as a part of SOW's
* Responsible for preparing weekly report for IT Application Development Operations meeting highlighting the 30, 60, and 90 day pipeline for contingent workers, hardware and software renewals
* Responsible for building reporting and analytic reports via excel highlighting vendor and financial analysis
* Participant in financial forecast / budgeting as the subject matter expert for IT Application Development expenses
* Responsible to work in partnership with application owners on annual capitalization forms and produce capitalization form deliverable
* Ability to create custom reports utilizing MS Project Server data for management reports on time tracking
* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

* BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Math
* Minimum 5 years' experience, working independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholder groups
* Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLookup (understanding of macros is a plus)
* Strong analytical skills
* Basic understanding of financial reports and capitalization (IT experience a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

* Sharp, energetic, assertive, results-oriented and able to shift gears when needed in a rapidly evolving environment
* Excellent, clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to complement strong tactical execution skills
* Strong perspective, understanding, and sensitivity towards company business issues
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Project/Project Server a plus
