This IT Advisor role is responsible for analyzing and diagnosing our client's IT infrastructure and guiding the implementation of the solution to support the needs of the business. Demonstrated abilities in thought leadership, technical competencies, multitasking, organizational skills and a high capacity to learn are imperative to success in this role.

Position responsibilities include:

* Managing and leading a small team of IT Consultants while also providing IT consulting and advisory services.
* P&L responsibility of your business unit.
* Oversee and Maintain strong working relationships of various clients in the DC Metro Area.
* Project lead in assessment and migration projects.
* Develop standardization for network and systems documentation.
* Assisting in business development initiatives

Desired educational & training qualifications include:

* BS Computer Science (Or similar STEM area) or equivalent demonstrated experience
