Job Description

IT Advisor, Performance Improvement, (SAP - EPM BPC)(Manager)(Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Iselin, NJFocus on the design and implementation of SAP Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC) with SAP Business Warehouse on the NetWeaver platform. Responsible for the systems development lifecycle including: requirements analysis, functional / technical design (blueprint), vendor selection (as needed), implementation, testing, training, change management, cut over and deployment. Assist with the development of intellectual capital including: methodologies, accelerators, tools and points of view. Provide leadership to junior staff and manage and lead diverse teams. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities as they relate to SAP BPC and Business Warehouse (BW). Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, plus 5 years post-bachelor's, progressive experience in a professional consulting organization delivering Enterprise Performance Solutions with BPC. Alternatively, will accept a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in a professional consulting organization delivering Enterprise Performance Solutions with BPC.

Of the required experience must have 4 years of experience with at least one of the following:

* leading the delivery of SAP BPC solutions to support budgeting / planning and financial consolidation
* functional and technical experience with SAP BPC on HANA
* experience with the SAP BPC embedded version
* experience with S4 with focus on functionalities related to BPC
* experience with the SAP BPC RTC (Real time consolidation) version

Must have 1 year of experience with all of the following:

* working in Net Weaver and SAP Business Warehouse (BW)
* working in a managerial and IT/business integration role
* managing project team economics, including scope, budget, timing, resource allocation, and performance

Must have 1 year of experience leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific finance and technology functions

Must have 1 year of experience researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies

Travel required approximately 80%, of which up to 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
