Basic Purpose
A student currently enrolled in an accredited University, College or Community College who is willing to learn information systems software license management processes with hands on experience in a busy production setting while developing his or her communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Highly effective written and verbal communication skills. Must be a good listener who is able to ask appropriate questions when clarification is needed.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments,
* Must be detailed oriented, able to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision, and capable of following assignments through to completion.
* Typical duties include processing requests for software in Navy Federal's ticketing system, researching software license types and availability, downloading software from software vendor internet sites, helping to run and update reports, and maintain and organize documentation.
* Must be a team player who combines a cooperative and energetic spirit with a willingness to learn
* Able to provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face customer interactions
* Demonstrate problem solving skills
Desired:
* Strong academic record as evidenced by a 3.0 or higher GPA.
* Status: Flexible Part Time Position (20 hours per week)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, flexibility based on school schedule
