The IS Enterprise Architect will perform Enterprise Architecture (EA) duties specifically related to designing solution architecture, creating and maintaining enterprise reference architecture blueprints for Commercial Enterprise Systems including SAP S/4 HANA, Salesforce.com, Callidus Cloud and Model N. This Enterprise Architect performs the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of an enterprise solution architecture (ESA). Additionally, the Enterprise Architect will be responsible for assessing the design development of projects and initiatives from a product fit perspective to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines and principles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA.
* Deep understanding of end to end process flow for Order to Cash Salesforce.com and SAP S/4 HANA.
* Good understanding of SAP Sales Cloud (Callidus Cloud) of Territory Management and Commissions Management solutions. Experience in supporting multi-tier application architectures and working in an agile development environment.
* Good understanding of Model N of Pricing Management, Rebates Management solutions.
* Experience with Oracle CPQ & Service Max would be a plus.
* Experience in architecting solutions within the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) arena and related projects.
* SME in the trade management and optimization area.
* Business Process expertise related to Shipping, Billing and Order Fulfillment.
* Responsible for enterprise solution design, end-to-end business process engineering and requirements mapping.
* Experience in supporting multi-tier application architectures and working in an agile development environment.
* Document necessary technical architecture design and analysis work, possibly including project postmortem documentation and metric collection.
* Develop a road map of the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from current to future state (as defined by the ESA).
* Define and maintain the blueprint reference architecture and work with the Build team to translate the blueprint to a solution architecture.

Education & Special Trainings:

* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the equivalent is required.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Minimum of 10+ years of experience in service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including technical architecture, application development and middleware is required.
* Minimum of 7+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA solution required.
* Experience with Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud) or an equivalent CRM platform is required.
* 7+ years of professional experience supporting Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Procurement, or Fulfillment business functions.
* Experience with SAP Sales Cloud (Callidus Cloud) Territory Management, Incentive Compensation management solutions and/or Model N Pricing and Rebates Management solution would be an added advantage.
* Strong Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM platform and SAP S/4 HANA integration.
* Deep understanding of end to end Order to Cash Business process flow.
* Good experience within SAP modules: MM Materials Management, FI Finance, BW4/HANA.
* Advise the solution architects and help define optimal solutions for areas specific to Order to Cash solutions and integrated business process areas.
* Deep understanding of API, standards and frameworks, including RESTful web services.
* Experience building applications for Salesforce Lightning Experience.
* Experience with Middleware Suites like SAP PO/PI and Mulesoft and ability to design end to end integrations and data flows across enterprise systems like SAP S/4, Salesforce.com, SAP Sales Cloud (Callidus Cloud) and Model N.
* Strong technical knowledge of BI technologies like SAP BW4/HANA, PowerBI, SAP Analytics cloud would an added advantage.
* Experience with UC4 (Job Scheduling) is a plus.
* Experience with at least one EA Frameworks/Methodologies like TOGAF/Zachman.
* Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
* Ability to estimate the financial impact of technical architecture alternatives.
* Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
* Knowledge of all components of an enterprise technical architecture.
* Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.
* Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting.
