Job Description

ASI Government is seeking an Intermediate Systems Engineer to support a newly awarded contract in Aberdeen, MD. Candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.

Systems Engineer, DCGS-A Integration -- Systems Engineer will be a member of the DCGS-A hardware integration team with the following responsibilities:

* Serve the technical advisor in support of other functional IPTs in the area of hardware (T&E, Architecture, Networks, Security, SIGINT, IMINT and ILS, etc.)
* Perform analysis of DCGS-A hardware requirements and determine strategies for evolution of DCGS-A hardware components
* Monitor and manage hardware lifecycle of DCGS-A components
* Support design, development, test and evaluation of developing systems
* Perform trade-off analyses and present results to leadership to support decision making
* Provide technical support to the Common Operating Environment (COE) initiative, in particular, the Command Post Computing Environment (CP CE) and Ops/Intel Convergence effort.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure DCGS-A equities are reflected in the hardware designs of dependent systems
* Perform system engineering analysis and evaluations to ensure that DCGS-A systems are meeting the specified performance and user requirements.

Must haves:

* BA/BS and four (4) years of related experience
