Job Summary:

SAIC is looking for a Intelligence specialist who will provide direct support to NMEC leadership, derive critical data and information from across multiple information systems to prepare or review input to routine data calls, and prepare and disseminate memorandums and talking points to support the NMEC Director and Chief of Operations in engagements with counterparts, senior leaders, and foreign counterparts. The Contractor shall ensure that the weekly OPS briefing is scheduled, coordinated, and prepared in advance to ensure notifications are sent, slides disseminated, and the briefing is on time. After each briefing, the Contractor shall ensure results are reviewed, any corrective actions identified, and any needs documented, to ensure no repetition of any problems.

Principal Accountabilities:

* Monitoring all vital information for the NMEC mission (e.g., reviewing daily read-books, official message traffic, duty logs, and intelligence dissemination portals). Noting information relative to NMEC exploitation operations. This information is processed, highlighted, and flagged by the Contractor to ensure that NMEC leadership is aware and up-to-date on all new and fast-breaking information relative to mission support. The Contractor shall ensure details are analyzed, collated, and processed for use by executive-level officers.


* Logging daily tasks and facilitating implementation of tasks levied on NMEC as well as Operations briefings on behalf of the Director. The Contractor shall maintain daily task logs as Requests for Support and other relevant Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs). Maintain multiple email distribution lists for agency communications.


* Maintaining awareness of meetings and forums important to the NMEC Senior Intelligence Officers and attending these events as appropriate. The Contractor shall ensure that results, actions, and outcomes of these forums are disseminated as notes and meeting minutes for action officers across the Center. The Contractor shall track and monitor these actions by the appropriate action officer and report back to senior NMEC managers as actions are completed. The Contractor shall prepare Operations references to support routine and high priority information requirements. Prepare weekly briefings for presentation to high-ranking leadership and ensure that appropriate participants are informed of their briefing requirements.


* Preparing weekly NMEC operations briefings, facilitating the briefing schedules including VTC requirements, and ensuring appropriate participants are informed of their agenda items. When special briefings are being arranged, the Contractor shall ensure all required and desired parties to these briefings are notified. The Contractor shall ensure VTC functionality to all critical meeting sites and troubleshoot VTC issues as they occur. The Contractor shall follow up on any administrative issues related to these meetings to ensure they are addressed prior to the next weekly operations briefing.


* Preparing Operations references to support routine information requirements. The Contractor shall ensure all standard operating procedures for these products are adhered to in the preparation of reference materials, including classification guidelines.



Qualifications

Experience:

* Demonstrated very strong oral and written communications skills.


* Proven experience and capability using MS Office Suite with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.


* Bachelor Degree or four years of related work or military experience


* 10+ years of related work experience


* Current/Active TS/SCI with CI Poly



Desired Qualifications

* Knowledge of DIA organization and/or military structure.
* Previous briefing experience.


* Knowledge of eTask or similar Agency tasking system
