A bit more about this role:

We can't transform health care for America's seniors alone. It requires coordination and information exchange within the healthcare supply chain. If we do it well, we believe we can improve how healthcare is delivered, experienced, and reimbursed. The Integrations Manager will lead a team within Integration Operations, a department that sits at the core of all business areas at Devoted. Integration Operations is a "Post Office" for electronic transactions, responsible for the facilitation and monitoring of the electronic connections, data files, and millions of transactions that flow through Devoted every day, providing the information on which our workflows and proactive interventions are built.

Responsibilities will include:

* Build, lead, and support stateside and offshore teams of Integration Associates to deliver, monitor, and support seamless data exchange
* Closely track and execute on high priority projects that are critical to the expansion and stability of internal business workflows
* Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to scope, prioritize, build, and scale new integrations using a variety of technologies, including but not limited to ANSI, Batch EDI, API, and XML
* Maintain the stability and health of our integration network through rigorous monitoring, troubleshooting and support
* Foster Devoted values and a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness, humility, respect, and empathy
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and business teams within Devoted Health

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Being comfortable in both leadership and execution roles
* Understanding of healthcare IT
* Knowledge of ANSI X12, HL7, API
* Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of teams including Operations, Product, and Technology
* Ability to communicate and influence horizontally and vertically
* Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize critical tasks and conflicting requirements
* Ability to incorporate company vision, mission, and values in decision making
