The Integration Support Specialist reports directly to the Integration Support Manager and is responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) applications and transactions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the daily operations, maintenance, and development of all EDI transactions. They must be well organized, flexible, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as customers and carriers.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

* Test and verify that EDI solutions are performing according to standard.
* Create and test EDI to XML translation mappings for a subset of customers.
* Assist in analysis and identification of process improvement and propose solutions for more efficient processing.
* Implement the best technical solutions for our customer and carrier application requirements.
* Provide post-production support for customers and Coyotes.
* Investigate and resolve EDI transaction errors.
* Respond quickly to identify and resolve issues.
* Follow-up to all questions and requests directed to the support team in a timely manner until there is a confirmed resolution.
* Research, analyze, and recommend solutions to potential interface problems.

Essential Skills, Characteristics, & Experience

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience
* Experience with troubleshooting complex EDI communications
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and to meet deadlines
* Able to work autonomously and in a dynamic team environment
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
* Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Effective interpersonal skills
