The Amazon Logistic Technology Integration (ALTI) team is seeking an Operations Program Management professional with an operational and technology integration background. We are a team that has a worldwide focus on the sustainable and effective launch, adoption and utilization of Amazon's Delivery Technology (AmDT) with the goal of protecting and improving customer experience.
This role mainly includes organization level projects from medium to large scale, working with a large number of cross-functional teams. It requires having an intimate knowledge of AmDT's internal business users and how their use of AmDT ultimately affects Amazon's customers. When integrating a technology solution, the position requires involvement in regression, configuration, user acceptance testing, and launch plan development, to include coaching and mentoring key individuals on critical pre-launch actions and launch best practices. It also includes working with high number of managers/senior managers on reporting, escalations and collaboration. This job requires you to constantly hit the ground running and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate, overlapping tasks will define your success.
