We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to establish world class Integrations on our team in IT and drive practices like API management, CI/CD and SLAs, from day one.

We have a strong portfolio of brand new world class implementations like Oracle Financials, Workday HR and SFDC Sales and Service Cloud. The successful candidate will have significant previous experience and success in similar roles in rapidly integrating systems to meet business objectives, and a long track record of creating high quality code that moves data between business applications.

The growing IT Enterprise Applications and Architecture (EAA) team is based in San Francisco, CA, with a global presence in other Coinbase offices. The Integration Engineer will report directly to the Manager of Data, Analytics and Integrations.

Responsibilities:

* Work with the integration team to design high quality data models and representations in our flows/APIs
* Evaluate and tweak jobs to improve performance, load times and overall health of the data integrations
* Establish EAA Data Integration strategy with extended Data team
* Develop pub/sub, streaming and batch data loads into our Data warehouse (Snowflake)
* Design scalable integrations with our product management teams that move key business data between our big rocks (SFDC, Workday, Netsuite, Internal Systems)

Requirements:

* Experience with a Data Warehouse (Redshift, Snowflake, etc) and data analysis using SQL
* Experience with ETL and Data Integration Platforms like Mulesoft, SnapLogic and Airflow
* Experience in at least one programming language (e.g. R, Python, Java, Ruby, Scala/Spark, or Go)
* Understanding of data modeling, performance analysis and production DB migrations
* Familiar with SFDC, Netsuite and Workday data models

Nice to Haves:

* Experience with Looker, Tableau or other business intelligence platform
* Experience with platform data like SFDC, NetSuite, Workday
* Domain experience in enterprise system analytics
* Experience building front-end visualizations
* Experience manipulating large amounts of sensitive data in a regulated environment
