Job Description

What you will do

Coordinates customer service requests, from initiation to service completion by scheduling and dispatching technicians and helping to ensure technical service work is completed on time and according to customer expectations. Assesses team performance and makes adjustments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.

How you will do it

* Maintain communication with Sales and Install teams and our Customer
* Installation Backlog Management
* Provide guidance and advance notice to Install Team Manager of any potential job failures or profit loss
* Coordinate Installation Schedule including reschedules
* Installation Material Management including purchase orders, requisitions, receiving, costing and processing returns as needed
* Work with National Accounts teams on ensure milestones are met for all project work
* Work with the local branches to ensure Permits and UL requirements are met
* Process Installation payroll

What we look for

Required

* High School Degree or Equivalent
* Two (2) years of customer service experience
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Able to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems
* Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
* Relates well to all kinds of people, up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organization; builds appropriate rapport; builds constructive and effective relationships; uses diplomacy and tact
* Core knowledge of company applications including Compass, Admin, TIP, Master Mind, Service Power, Oracle
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills with a focus in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of existing Installation Coordination processes
* Experience with multi-branch or remote branch coordination
* Basic technical understanding of installation work including Scope of Work, technical documents, and job requirements
* Able to balance multiple, shifting priorities
