Job Purpose:

This position will support the identification, setup and management of exploring and experimenting with exponential technologies. Additional responsibilities include understanding and aligning technology scouting and experiments with the goals of our internal strategy, architecture and innovation teams. Required Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree
* 8 years technical experience including technology scouting and experiment designs
* Critical thinking skills
* Ability to work with advanced development practices such as Agile and Extreme Programming (XP)
* Ability to partner and network with IT and Business customers
* Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
* Contributes to the development of functional strategy

Preferred Job Qualifications:

* Practiced in Human Centered Design or Design Thinking
* Broad range of technical skills a plus (Artificial Intelligence, Augmented / Virtual Reality, Blockchain, Internet of Things
