The Infrastructure Architect will work closely with clients and OHIA team members to understand the stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality infrastructure technical solutions in our On-premises and Azure environment. The Infrastructure architect is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual will work closely with internal ISS infrastructure team for the implementation of architectural solutions for OHIA projects. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values. This individual will assist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of our standard Project Management Methodology. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions. Participation on projects is focused on smoothing the transition of projects from development staff to production staff by performing operations activities within the project life-cycle.
Responsibilities
The goal for the Infrastructure team is to keep our On-Premises and Cloud Infrastructure ahead of our (rapid) customer growth, ensuring service reliability, performance, efficiency, security and maintenance of the various systems. The incumbent should be operations-minded Infrastructure expert for supporting the transformation of various services from on-premises solutions to Cloud Technologies.
The Infrastructure Architect will be part of the team that is responsible for designing, developing, and operating the infrastructure and applications focused on Cloud technologies. The Infrastructure Architect must have a strong technical background including a combination of both analytical and IT skillsets and is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing environment issues, and developing the monitoring solutions and tools for daily operational activities.

Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent in following subject areas: Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
At least 7-10 years strong enterprise-level infrastructure implementation and data center operations and implementing complex Server infrastructure
At least 7-10 years of Microsoft Windows server and Linux based servers, enterprise system support experience and strong background in systems administration for both operating systems.
At least 5 years' experience in Citrix Technologies (VDI, XenApps, XenDesktop, ShareFile, App Layering, etc.)
Microsoft, Linux, Azure and AWS Certified Infrastructure Architect or equivalent Certifications required
Demonstrated expertise in hardware, documentation techniques, and systems analysis is required.
The ability to solve system-related problems by using diagnostic techniques and protocols is required.
Prior experience in long-term capacity and performance planning.
Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours on high priority escalated issues
Ensure storage infrastructure and data have high availability and are functioning at optimal performance.
Prior experience on working with the vendors for software and hardware procurement.
Prior experience is designing logical and physical network infrastructure diagrams
Experience working with the firewall configuration and troubleshooting issues related to it.
Experience designing, planning, procuring and implementing server, network and storage infrastructure.
Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory, etc.
Prior experience of working with healthcare and datacenter will be a big plus.
Should be able to audit and monitor server setups for security and also provide trend and forecast reports on hardware and storage requirements
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
