Position Summary

Sony Corporation of America (SCA), is seeking an Information Security, Senior Program Analyst to join the Information Security Department located in New York City. This position will report to the Program Manager, Information Security, and be a part of the team responsible for securing Sony's information assets and continually enhancing SCA's information security program. SCA's information security program scope includes certain SCA subsidiary companies such as Sony/ATV Music Publishing, Sony DADC and Sony Biotechnology (the "SCA-Responsible Entities").

Responsibilities

* Manage security awareness training activities, including managing online training course administration for SCA employees and contractors
* Manage remediation activities associated with information security vulnerability assessments (e.g., for websites, mobile apps and other systems)
* Assist in managing asset inventories (e.g., inventories of websites, information systems, third-party vendor engagements) within the RSA/Archer Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform
* Create formal process documentation and assist with reviewing current Information Security Management System (ISMS) to identify potential enhancements and process improvements
* Support program status documentation and the design of information security health check reports to be shared with leadership of SCA and the SCA-Responsible Entities
* Lead and deliver ad-hoc security projects as an individual contributor with minimal supervision
* Lead incident response activities and remediation efforts across SCA

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Security or similar field is preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
* CISSP, CISM, CAPM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification(s) preferred
* Knowledge of project and program management preferred
* Strong analytical and research skills with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to arrange and facilitate meetings with a clear agenda and takeaways
* Ability to communicate effectively via e-mail, over the phone, and in person
* Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment and to prioritize tasks accordingly
* Ability to manage/deliver multiple projects and run programs concurrently
* Strong work ethic and business acumen to deal with Senior Management
* Independent, self-starter with the ability to continuously grow through challenges
* Strong organizational skills
* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint
