Essential Job Functions:

* Develops, organizes, administers and provides training of the Truckstop Business Continuity Plan.
* Facilitate creation, review and updates to documentation on an annual basis for responsible systems including, but not limited to configuration, procedures and workflows as appropriate. Documentation shall support normal system operations, downtime operations, and disaster preparedness requirements.
* Prepares unit, functional and integrated test scenarios and testing schedules for tabletop exercises. Monitors and analyzes performance during testing, and communicates results to the appropriate project team members following through with issues to resolution.
* Creating, testing and implementing disaster recovery plans for Truckstop systems, applications and critical processes.
* Work cross functionally to collect data related for several teams and their requirements to determine planning for BC/DR.




* Maintains a high level of security as it pertains to system access, computer usage, remote access and physical security in assigned areas of responsibility, abiding by established Truckstop Information Security policies and applicable HR policies and procedures. This will require audit experience.
* Performing risk assessments and testing of data processing systems which include Truckstop intellectual property, customer data and sensitive PII (Personal Identifiable Information).
* Contributes to the Information Security Policies and Procedures review process ensuring all are reviewed, updated and published on an annual basis.
* Facilitates completion of assigned Risk Assessments. Completes the process in a timely manner and ensures all constituents are contacted as appropriate.
* Participates in Truckstop approved educational programs and activities related to the organizational mission to keep abreast of current trends, best practices, and new developments in information security as they relate to specific job responsibilities.
* Integrates Information Security processes into Truckstop Change Management Procedures to ensure asset management and service continuity workflow processes align with changes in the production environment.
* Review the nature and actual changes moving into production environments.


* Manages all assigned projects. Knowledgeable in JIRA and procedures. Documentation required in this area include project charter, project initiation, project sign-off and analysis on each project managed through the year.
* Technical function:
* Work with Security Engineering team on technical projects for configuration management, SIEM, scripting for automation, CICD platform and release and deploy security tools.
* Configure and administer security platform to provide visibility and improve Truckstop.com's security posture.



Position Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related industry experience
* Minimum of 3 years experience in information technology preferred
* A minimum 1 year Project Management Experience required
* Technology compliance and Audit experience preferred
* Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or equivalent experience - preferred
* Demonstrates excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills .
