Job Description:

In support of our solutions delivery, 3eTI is hiring an experienced Information Assurance Analyst with extensive knowledge and direct experience with:

* the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process in accordance with DoD manual 8510.01
* Information System categorization
* National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST) security standards

This position will provide 3eTI with subject matter expertise and lead the development of system Information Assurance (IA) documentation to support certification of compliance to applicable standards through direct knowledge and experience in the application of DoD Information Security policies and procedures to process and protect Information Systems (IS.)

Responsibilities:

The Information Assurance Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the DoD six-step Risk Management Framework process for IS. Additionally, the position will:

* assist in defining the authorization boundary of the IS
* analyze the IS and recommend categorization levels in accordance with NIST and Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) requirements
* prepare, maintain, and update the system security plan
* assist in the definition, creation, and documentation of the initial security control baseline, identifying common and hybrid controls, applying overlays, and tailoring
* in accordance with NIST SP 800-53A, document IS weakness as well associated risks assessments to identify weaknesses and recommend and implement corrective actions as part of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) and continuous monitoring activities to include annual assessments, POA&M management, etc. using an automated RMF A&A tool
* collaborate with a validator to identify acceptable levels of risk and risk mitigations and obtain and maintain IS Authorization to Operate (ATO)
* prepares, maintains, and updates the continuous monitoring strategy
* travel to customer sites for presentations, meetings, and various other events associated with the RMF process

Required Skills:

* 5+ years of experience in full cycle DIACAP/RMF accreditation processes and procedures
* Meet DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level 2 requirements with
* Security+ CE certification


* BA or BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
* Please be aware that many of our positions require a security clearance, or the ability to obtain one. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

Desired Skills:

* Ideally the successful candidate has one or more of the following certifications:
* CCNA Security
* CySA+
* GICSP
* GSEC
* SSCP


* Ability to communicate security issues to program leadership and analyze and implement security policies and procedures
* Professional Engineering or additional Security Certifications including DoDD 8570 IAM Level 2 certification
* Creates and implements accreditation plans for (OT/IT), including platform network
* Knowledge of Cybersecurity technical assessments (recognize threats and vulnerabilities) in the OT/IT systems), standards, tools, and processes
* Hands-on experience with DoD accreditation processes
