You'll protect the networks that our citizens and the world depend upon each minute: Point of Sales Financial Assets, Critical infrastructure, Transportation, Automation and the uninterrupted flow of materials throughout the world which keeps our modern life moving. Here, you'll work with cybersecurity experts on the forefront of threat prediction, detection and eradication before an adversary could gain a foot hold, using industry leading methodologies and tools. In this fast-paced, real-world environment, you'll draw on all of your education and experience as well as the vast resources of Lockheed Martin Corporation to keep cyber threats at bay.

The candidate will be a member of the Lockheed Martin Cyber Solutions Team supporting a US Government and commercial customer. The candidate will be a member of the Operations Team responsible for:

Provide technical leadership to deliver Preparedness Planning, Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery planning for develop of Chief Information Officers' capability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from any event that disrupts, or threatens to disrupt, normal operations. Support contingency planning of Chief Information Office (CIO) mission to improve systems, processes and integration with business objectives to ensure that the USPS can both deliver world-class products enabled by technology.

Conduct regular functional assessments with teams and business owners to quantify Business Continuity requirements and identify required Business Continuity Plans enhancements.

Coordinate the review, maintenance and testing of technology Disaster Recovery Plans for core infrastructure services, working with IT technicians and Infrastructure management to ensure these plans remain valid.

Coordinate the emergency communications system used by CIO and ensure that all staff are appropriately covered by this system. Conduct regular testing to validate the effectiveness of this system.

Work with functional partners to manage incidents that affect or may affect business operations.

Promote awareness of Business Continuity policy, standards, plans, processes across all of CIO.

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience in a project coordinator role; solid with planning and scheduling and disseminating
* Experience collaborating with technical and management staff to understand strategic and tactical business, application, or service requirements, then translate those into Continuity Standards.
* Expert in Business Continuity, ideally in the Information Technology or Information Security sector.
* Experience with the management of crisis and serious incidents affecting critical business operations.
* Experience coordinate the review, maintenance and testing of product and department Business Continuity Plans, working with business owners to ensure these plans remain valid and fit for purpose.
* CERTIFICATIONS: (One or more required) CompTIA Security +, Certified Penetration Testing Engineer, Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Information Systems Auditor.
* CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Designation - US Citizen or Green Card Holder. Willingness to submit to a Tier 5 Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
