Industrial Security Associate II

What You'll Do

* Appointed company empowered authority for overall management of the Industry Partner Access Registration Page (IPAR)
* Responsible for regular update and maintenance of all accessed employee records
* Responsible for annual self-inspections and data reconciliation
* Accountable for submission and troubleshooting of digital certificate (PKI) authorizations
* Responsible for tracking security education and training for each employee
* Enforcement of computer account terminations
* Provides up-to-date identity attributes for accessed personnel
* On/off boarding records maintenance
* Updates debriefing inputs to remove personnel from accounts and IPAR accountability
* Maintains employee data point elements input (company affiliations, account privileges, identity, contract and job functions)
* Updating company contact information on the customer white pages
* OIN number inputs
* Coordination with Information Assurance professionals and System Administrators
* Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
* Perform other duties as necessary.

What You'll Need

* High School diploma or equivalent plus 4 years or more related experience or a related 2-year technical degree and 2 years or more related experience.
* Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor's or Master's, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
* Current Top Secret clearance BI date within 6 years required.
* Must be detail oriented.
* Time management skills.
* Understanding of database input and reconciliation of data.

Working Conditions

* Work is performed in an office environment.
* Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.

Security Clearance:

Successful candidate will have completed a government national security clearance investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. *U.S. Citizenship is Required.
