Job Description:

* Provides first-tier industrial control systems (ICS) customer support
* Assist in analyzing and configuring building or SCADA control systems as defined by the project specification or scope of work on new or retrofit
* Receive, analyze and respond to customer calls/emails concerning ICS information, alerts, alarms, or requests for changes
* Provide periodic reporting of customer tickets and system generated alerts/alarms
* Interface with Government and ICS contractors, as required
* May be required to visit job site to effectively gather information on existing system configuration or facility configurations and troubleshoot reported system anomalies
* Develop and implement approved Direct Digital Control (DDC) and/or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) modifications or updates, as required

Required Skills:

* 5+ years of field experience with Building and/or SCADA control systems
* Please be aware that many of our positions require a security clearance, or the ability to obtain one. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

Desired Skills:

* BA/BS degree is a plus
* Familiarity with Niagara Framework is highly desirable
* Technical certification in HVAC, Industrial Control Systems and Niagara Framework
* Communicates effectively with customers; establishes and maintains relationships
* Willingness to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience
* Building DDC and SCADA industry knowledge
* IT networking skills a plus
* Self-starter and require minimal supervision
* Objective and fact-based approach to problem solving that is highly quantitative
* Experience with Siemens, Johnson Controls, or Barber-Coleman controls or other ICS systems
