Job Description

CTG is currently recruiting for an Implementation Team Support Analyst to provide support to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. This is a 12-month project and candidates must be local to the Washington, DC area, as no travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Perform organizational design.
* Evaluate the current environment and provide recommendations to optimize in alignment with organizations goals and objectives.
* Develop strategies to achieve organizational change.
* Design to-be processes.
* Achieve awareness and buy-in.
* Create an array of artifacts to plan for and operationalize organizational design recommendations.
* Interact with senior government executives.
* Develop decision-making frameworks. Develop briefings.

Basic qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline is required
* Minimum of years 10 of experience. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
* Experience managing Information Technology related projects
* Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
* Ability tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
* Ability to identify and mitigate risks

Additional qualifications:

* Experience in consulting for commercial clients

Experience in a joint DoD/VA environment
