Responsibilities

Overall Responsibilities:

PCG Education™ is currently seeking an Implementation Specialist to support customer service and training operations. This position requires an intellectually-curious and results-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic, and must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Learn web-based technologies and lead clients through implementation and training processes
* Maintain training manuals and other end-user documentation
* Assist end-users with support inquiries utilizing multiple platforms
* Coordinate with team if end-user inquiries need to be escalated
* Conduct online and on-site trainings
* Assist team in developing specifications and testing technical development tasks
* Develop presentations for client stakeholders
* Use database management systems to gather and analyze data
* Draft and manage outreach to clients
* Guide the work of operations staff in-line with established priorities to help ensure staff are working on the right items in the right order

Qualifications

Required Skills:

* Detail-oriented problem-solving approach to business issues
* Commitment to deliver exceptional client service and contribute in a team environment
* Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
* Proficiency with database management systems is desirable
* Attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn
* Expectation and commitment to hard work
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Core interest in public sector consulting
* Ability to manage multiple forms of support simultaneously

Required Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree
* 2-4 years of similar work experience preferred.
