Job Description

The Analytics Strategic Business Unit is expanding its risk offering through combining the power and flexibility of the Cognity, Risk platform with the scalability and usability of FactSet to create an industry leading Advisory Solutions and Enterprise Risk Solution offering. It presents an excellent growth opportunity for FactSet as it speaks to a growing segment of the macro risk community and broader multi-asset class analytics. The Implementation team is looking for implementation product specialists interested in developing their risk skillset, learning new platforms, and implementing solutions for large, sophisticated, and vital client workflows.

Responsibilities:

* Lead client-facing communication together with the implementation project manager.
* Providing product (functional and technical) guidance in the solutionizing process based on customer needs.
* Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
* Coordinate closely with sales and service resources (data, implementation, quant, engineering, product development) to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
* Create user workflow specification, custom reports specification, coordinate and provide priority and direction to technical integration staff on client requirements
* Provide user training and support the development of training programs

Qualifications and Attributes:

* Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in finance, or other STEM field
* Understanding of the area of risk management, factor-based investing, portfolio construction and optimization
* Knowledge of basic risk concepts such as standard deviation, value at risk, how to value a bond
* Interest in learning new technologies and how multiple systems work together

Desired Qualifications:

* Prior experience with Risk Platforms
* CFA or FRM designation
