Job Description

- Previous involvement in system implementations or configuring out-of- the-box enterprise software systems
* Strong software functional background - a proven ability to map business processes or requirements to existing system functionality and/or identify workarounds
* Proven track record of self-directed ownership of work through to successful conclusion.
* Experience in delivering project based professional services and consultancy
* Technical experience with databases, server environments, SaaS, web-based systems, APIs, SSO and system integrations
* Able to discuss technical concepts such as databases, server environments, SaaS, web-based systems, APIs, SSO and system integrations. An in-depth knowledge is not required for this role, but applicants should be comfortable discussing these topics at a high level
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly the ability to present complex material to a non-technical audience. Confident engaging with senior management

The salary range for this role is £42,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience.

The Technical Implementation Consultant is a key role within PeopleFluent Services that combines the expertise of Business and System Analysis with Functional Consultancy. Technical Implementation Consultants are Product Experts and deliver successful implementations by configuring the system to achieve client requirements in agreed timescales. You will map client business processes to system configuration, identify workarounds/customisations and advise the client on best-practice relating to learning and talent management systems.

This is a fast paced role with many changing priorities and the role holder will need effective skills to enable delivery against agreed deadlines, often within the context of a larger client engagement.
