Infogix is looking for a full-time Implementation Consultant in our home office of Naperville, IL. Local candidates only please. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Services Delivery:
* Provide remote and on-site billable services delivery to customers. * Implement specified software solutions using company products. * Develop and unit test Infogix controls as required by the project. * Deploy Infogix Controls in customer's environment. * Analyze and resolve any issues with deployed controls. * Produce required documentation in conjunction with delivery. * Provide feedback for product enhancements, documentation correctness and usability. * Provide status reports to Project Manager. * Understand project requirements and follow direction of controls design. * Effectively collaborate with team members for successful implementation * Perform other related duties as assigned. * Follow best practices in creating efficient controls designs. * Mentor other team members on Infogix solutions and best practices * Manage small team of business analyst and implementation consultants through all phases of the project. * Proactively stay up to date on Infogix products including features, enhancements and fixes. * Lead customer facing meeting during all phases of the project. * Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management on a business and technical level. * Accountable for success of project. * Work as a liaison between business and IT
Job Requirements
Job Skills Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. * 0-2 years' experience in SDLC such as requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment. * Experience in technical strategies and solutions in support of the customers' business requirements. * Knowledge of basic SQL * Ability to engage effectively at both the business and technical level and provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current on products. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio * Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand products * Ability to develop design documents, processes and methodologies with direction from team leads and architects. * Ability to demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills. * Excellent time management skills * Understanding of programming concepts such as primitive types, if/else conditions, variables, functions, logical operators, etc. * Basic arithmetic skills and order of operation * Ability to critically analyze data and process flows * Self-motivated and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision * Ability to travel, potentially 25%-50%
Job Skills Desired:
* Object-oriented coding experience * Experience in healthcare or financial environment * SQL writing and relational database experience * Business Analyst experience
