Job Description
SCANNER - IMAGING SPECIALIST - FULL TIMEWorks Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, supporting or Loan Operations office in Glen Head.
Scans Consumer and Commercial loan files and documentation into Bank's automated system.
Sets up and maintains files for quality assurance review.
Files and retrieves loan document folders daily.
Performs routine maintenance of department scanners.
Provides administrative support to Loan Center Department.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and process work accurately and within established time frames with minimal supervision.
Analytical skills to review work, identify and correct processing issues.
Effective communication and organization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
